This is Vitamin Tramp's first release. We released it at our first show in December, 2001. We had been working on SiMent's album for the last 5 months, and we just wanted to get something quick and dirty out to people.

Rather than record everything in a shiny 24-track studio to perfection, we tracked the songs to a 4-track cassette recorder which by its nature, limited us to 4 to 7 elements to each song. 'Forced economization' could be the subtitle to this album.

Anyways, this is a quick and dirty album, and we made it this way on purpose.
